SUBIC BAY, Philippines –An MV-22B Osprey lifts a high mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicle during external lift training at Subic Bay, Republic of the Philippines, during exercise Freedom Banner 2013. This was the first time an Osprey has conducted an external lift with the USNS Sacagawea.
