Marines with Echo Company, 2nd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, land in Colonel Ernesto Ravina Air Base, Philippines, to begin bilateral training with their counterparts in the Philippine Marine Corps as part of Philippine Amphibious Landing Exercise 33 (PHIBLEX).
