U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Derrick Daley, Marine Wing Support Squadron 172 (MWSS-172), plays with local Filipino children at Dallipawen Elementary School, San Narciso, Dallipawen, Republic of the Philippines on Oct. 15, 2012. Armed Forces of the Philippines Navy Seabees and U.S. Marines from MWSS-172 constructed the classroom as part of the Amphibious Landing Exercise 2013 (PHIBLEX 13). PHIBLEX 2013 is a bilateral training exercise conducted annually in the Republic of the Philippines to enhance working together on a range of issues including humanitarian assistance which strengthens the interoperability.
